Anxiety, eating right and CBD

Anxiety CBD can help with a great number of different issues.  It can help with pain, eating issues and feminine issues.  It can also help with sleep and fungal issues with the skin, but what else can it help with?

Currently there are more studies being conducted thoroughly to determine on what effect CBD fully has on anxiety.  It is known that CBD can help anxiety but it is not known how fully other than it effects the endocannabinoid receptors.  Studies have only been conducted on rodents so far, so it is extremely hard to determine what effect CBD would have on anxiety and other issues in humans.  CBD has finally made it past some of the DEA regulations so that it can be put through further research.  This is a good thing because now CBD can be put through human testing and we can find out all of the reasons that CBD works for anxiety issues.

Eat these foods for life

Just like there are foods that you should avoid there are foods that you should eat too.  There are some foods that help with anxiety and help to get rid of this feeling.  There are also foods that can help to regenerate the body and keep it healthy while you are undergoing treatment.

If you are undergoing treatment you should always:

  • Fill your plate with half veggies and fruits
  • Drink 100% fruit and veggie juices
  • Eat whole grains breads and cereals
  • At least twice a week eat vegan
  • Have a leafy green salad every night with dinner
  • Pick lean meats and fish over red meats

Keep Anxiety away by eating these every day

It is very common to not want to be able to eat during your treatment   It is recommended that you eat small meals through your day in order to avoid problems with nausea and upset stomach.  There are foods that you can eat to prevent and reduce anxiety, before you begin to undergo treatment.  Everyone should eat a few of these foods daily in order to keep cancer at bay:

 

  • Carotenoids (Carrots, green peppers, etc.)
  • Ginger
  • Oily fish
  • Seeds
  • Nuts
  • Tomato
  • Mushroom
  • Broccoli
  • Green leafy veggies
  • Garlic
  • Legumes
  • Beetroot

There are plenty of recipes that you can add CBD to, in order to eat right, get your daily does of CBD, and kick anxiety and its treatment right in the keister.

Powerhouse Salad w/ Garlic Bread

Make a base salad of green leafy vegetables like spinach and kale.  Throw in some raw broccoli pieces, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, green pepper and sunflower seeds.  Get your favorite salad vinegar and some coconut oil.  Heat the coconut oil just to where it melts, slightly, and add the hemp oil to it.  Throw it onto your salad with the vinegar and you’re good to go.

Melt some butter down until it is very soft, but not completely liquid.  Add a dose of hemp oil to it and mix it in.  Grate up some garlic and mix it with some fresh basil, oregano and parsley.  Put this mixture into the butter and mix it up.  Paint your favorite all grain bread slices with this garlic butter mix and throw it into the oven to crisp.

Using CBD every day can help

Use these recipes and eat these items at least one a week to successfully help your body in fighting off anxiety.  You have the power to help yourself with the foods you eat and the activities you perform every day.  You should always talk to your doctor before you start using any kind of alternative treatment at all, like CBD and hemp oils, but you will be pleasantly surprised to find that a lot of doctors are for the use of CBD.
