  3. I ate a small apple before I went to bed last night and slept like a rock. I normally don't sleep well so I am going to experiment with that again. Usually to much fiber will make my stomach churn all night and keep me awake.

  4. OMG I'm so glad you covered this, I noticed my sleep patterns have really changed since I've been Vegan. It's a real struggle to figure it out. My pattern is on point, exercise, healthy fats, The only thing I noticed if I eat too many fruits past 6 pm I get that antsy feeling.
