  4. Man, I appreciate you for posting this update! I’m glad you’re doing better. Caffeine was destroying me too. (Found out it was triggering migraine headaches, arrhythmia, and anxiety) I cut it out completely. I started taking CBD, and it helps with anxiety. (Like you said, it’s not a magic potion, but it helps) I’ve also cut back of products with added sugar, I make my own smoothies with hemp seed, chia, and flax seed. I added magnesium to my daily regimen as well. I can feel a difference when I’m staying consistent with my diet. I need to start exercising more, heck I need to switch up my whole lifestyle. I’m glad you said that about facing your phobias.. I’m dealing with that right now. I have this fear of people not understanding what I’m dealing with, so I don’t go out much.. and I haven’t even bothered applying for a new job.. Do you have any tips for coping with depersonalization/derealization? I think that would make a cool video
